JOB TITLE: Credit Control Officer

SALARY: £19,520 – £22,830

LOCATION: Horncastle

We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Officer to join our Revenues and Benefits service.

We are currently in the process of moving offices, your temporary workplace will be Manby until the move in January 2023 to Horncastle

You will focus on ensuring that all processes are delivered efficiently and contact with external customers and clients are conducted with a high degree of professionalism so good negotiation skills are key!

The role will involve clear thinking and a calm approach to stressful situations. You will work as part of an integral team responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate billing, collection and recovery of sundry debts and Housing Benefit for our company, and client councils. Working flexibly to cope with changing demands is very important.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in a Credit Management or similar environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately interpret data and information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proficient user of ICT,
