Co-ordinate the day-to-day facility operations, services, and property maintenance activities within a defined portfolio.

As a Facilities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with product line operations, HSE and or Supply Chain for utilities, facilities or other shut-down activities that can affect operations
  • Co-ordinating flawless execution of the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Achieving cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors and by identifying additional efficiency opportunities
  • Operating and maintaining assets in a cost effective and non-impacted manner to maximize added value
  • Developing property and managing facility operating budgets to achieve management goals and objectives
  • Preparing reports, presentations or correspondence as required
  • Deputising for the Facilities Manager when required


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have good experience in a Facilities Co-Ordination, Administrative or Analyst position within an Oil and Energy, Utilities or similar field
  • Have experience working in a similar multi-site whereby you will be familiar and comfortable with similar challenges and activities
  • Have detailed knowledge of SAP, Excel and Ariba Operating System (or similar) would be advantageous to your application
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Be confident and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholder management and navigating facility and operational challenges; no two days being the same
  • Possess an analytical and solution driven mindset; ability to work within stringent deadlines; possesses good organizational skills in order to prioritise and juggle multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Be able to manage critical Incidents – zero target for controllable incidents caused by vendors, employees, and missed preventive maintenance work
  • Drive regular engagement with regional, product company and functions leaders; whilst demonstrating leadership, responsiveness and creativity in delivering services
