We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic, driven Inbound Insurance Customer Agents to join our expanding business on a remote basis. If you are customer focused, enthusiastic and enjoy working to targets this could be the role for you! All you’ll need is previous contact centre experience, an internet connection and a quiet office space to work, and we’ll provide the rest!

The role.

We are looking for experienced Inbound Insurance Customer Agents who strive to deliver the best service possible to all our customers. The role will involve answering inbound sales calls from customers who are looking to obtain a travel insurance policy, listening to and understanding their needs and tailoring a policy to suit. You will deal with all calls in a timely and professional manner.

Communication is the key to our success. We pride ourselves in giving our customers world class customer service and our customers agree, we have over 210,000 reviews on Trustpilot, so we must be doing something right!

About you.

You’ll have experience working in a customer focused call centre, ideally within a sales or sales through service environment, be brilliant when it comes to building rapport with our customers, actively listening to their needs to ensure the customer is getting the product they require.

You’ll be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you offer as our customers are at the heart of what we do, it’s really important to us that our customers are happy with their product and your outstanding service.

You will also have hands on experience of using Microsoft tools, including Outlook and Teams.

Our contracts would be offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week across the opening hours of our business: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
