Role Profile

Junior Analyst – Data and Tech

Job Purpose

Manage and develop the RICS data and technology community. Contribute to the development of market relevant qualitative and quantitative thought leadership, including multi-media content, insight papers, reports, and data standards, driving positive change across the profession and the broader built and natural environment through the responsible adoption of data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable a community of technology focused people, and organisations to help advance the understanding and adoption of data and technology across our profession and sector.
  • Help support a positive, supportive, and empowering environment to enable creating thinking and unique market leading thought leadership output
  • Work with teams across RICS in an open, planned, and collaborative manner
  • Keep up to date with the latest market needs, developments, and opportunities to advance the adoption of data and technology

Expected Outcomes

  • World-class thought leadership and analysis produced to agreed targets

Experience / Skills Required

  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and insight into, current and emerging data and technology trends across the built and natural environment
  • Ability to think strategically and to deliver output aligned to personal, team, and organisational level objectives
  • Proven track record of delivery in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing, orally, visually, and with strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to succeed in a matrix structure and international environment
  • Confident and motivated self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
